Thanks for this informative tutorial! I've made several attempts at photographing the moon using similar settings and a tripod but never even thought about changing my settings to monochrome! I've also never manipulated the "Active D-lighting" because, well, that has always been a mystery to me but I'm going to try it next time. Thanks again!
